  2. Blast. Dry media blasting to return it back to a smooth finish for coating. This will be done in either our enclosed blast cabinet, or in our blast room for larger parts.
  3. Outgassing. Parts are loaded into the oven and heated up to tempriture allowign them to outgass to ensure the surface is ready for primer / coating.
  4. Prime. A primer is applied to provide a base coat for the Powder of your chosen colour.
  5. Coat. Your part will be coated in a powder of your choosing.
  6. Clear coat. In some applications a clear coat is required to provide the desired finish and durability.

We have a range of industry-leading equipment including a large blasting cabinet, a self-contained blasting room for larger parts and a top-of-the-line vapour blaster for cleaning/polishing.

Powder Coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-slowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat.
