Our Process
We have a 6 step service to ensure the highest quality results are achieved every time.
- Pre-treatment. Depending on condition of the part will depend on what pretreatment before blasting the part will receive.
- Blast. Dry media blasting to return it back to a smooth finish for coating. This will be done in either our enclosed blast cabinet, or in our blast room for larger parts.
- Outgassing. Parts are loaded into the oven and heated up to tempriture allowign them to outgass to ensure the surface is ready for primer / coating.
- Prime. A primer is applied to provide a base coat for the Powder of your chosen colour.
- Coat. Your part will be coated in a powder of your choosing.
- Clear coat. In some applications a clear coat is required to provide the desired finish and durability.
We have a range of industry-leading equipment including a large blasting cabinet, a self-contained blasting room for larger parts and a top-of-the-line vapour blaster for cleaning/polishing.
