Our 6-Step Industrial Powder Coating Process
- Pre-Treatment: Each part undergoes a tailored pre-treatment process based on its condition to prepare it for blasting.
- Blasting: Using dry media blasting, we remove impurities and achieve a smooth, clean surface. This is conducted in either our enclosed blasting cabinet or our large blast room for oversized parts.
- Outgassing: Parts are heated in the oven to release trapped gases and ensure the surface is ready for coating.
- Priming: A primer is applied as a base layer to enhance adhesion and durability for the powder coating.
- Powder Coating: Your component is coated with a powder of your chosen color, ensuring an even and resilient finish.
- Clear Coat (Optional): For added durability or specific finishes, a clear coat is applied as the final layer.
