12-Month Warranty Coverage

Blast N Coat Limited offers a 12-month warranty on all powder-coated work that has undergone blasting, priming, and powder coating. This warranty ensures that our high-quality coating process maintains its durability and finish under normal use conditions.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, staining from road pollution, road salt, burnt-on road tar, or heavy grit impact. Customers should take necessary precautions to maintain the integrity of the coated surface.

2. Pre-Existing Condition: The warranty applies only to items that were in good and sound condition before any work commenced. Any defects or damage present prior to treatment are not covered under this warranty.

3. Condition Upon Presentation: All warranty claims are subject to the condition of the item when initially presented to us. We reserve the right to assess whether the item was suitable for coating at the time of service.

4. Claim Evaluation: Each claim is subject to an individual part review to determine whether the coating failure falls within the warranty coverage. Our decision on the validity of a claim shall be final.

5. Invoice Settlement: Warranty claims can only be made for work where the invoice balance has been settled in full within the agreed payment terms. Failure to meet the agreed payment terms will void any warranty coverage.

Making a Warranty Claim

Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must provide proof of purchase and submit the item for inspection. If the claim is valid, Blast N Coat Limited will take appropriate corrective action, which may include refinishing the item.
